Travelling is even better when there’s views to look at from your seat and thankfully Europe is packed with many hidden gems in this department! You’ll find yourself saying “How did they managed to build a railway through this terrain?!”. Think steep mountains, lakes, rolling countryside and rivers – it’s all in reach and you don’t see much of it from a plane.
Of course these ratings are my own individual interpretation, however each blog post includes photos of the many of the scenic bits taken from my seat, so feel free to make your own conclusions by exploring these.
